Jedzenie jest w pełni ugotowane i cudownie zarumienione. Ma szerokie zastosowanie w produktach formowanych, całych mięśni, marynowanych, bez kości lub z kością. Może być również stosowany do różnych produktów makaronowych, takich jak pieczony chleb, kruche ciasta itp.
